How Our
Serene Assist uses flat-rate pricing – you’ll always know the cost before the service begins. We don’t charge by the minute or add surprise surcharges. Pricing is based on three factors:
Transport, companion care, shopping, errands, or social outings.
Estimated time from pickup to drop-off or start to finish.
Travel within our service areas (Fourways, Northriding, Broadacres, Randburg, Bryanston).

We accept EFT (bank transfer), and cash payments. Invoices are provided after each service or monthly for regular clients. We can also arrange direct billing for families managing care from out of town.
